Nicole Lins was raised in Flagstaff and graduated from NAU in 2012, with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Philosophy. She started dancing at age 11 at Magic Curtain Productions and continued to dance at All That Dance, Inc. While she started by taking jazz, her main passion turned out to be hip-hop. She joined the Hip-Hop team in 2004 and has competed and performed in many dance competitions and showcases. She began teaching at All That Dance in 2006, but took one year off while attending ASU and one year off while she lived in South Korea and taught English. She has choreographed for hip-hop team for three years, and this will be her sixth year teaching at All That Dance. Nicole has also attended many dance conventions, such as “Monsters of Hip-Hop” and “The Pulse,” and she has been taught by many of today’s hottest choreographers, such as Tabitha D’uco, Dave Scott, Brian Freidman, and Marty Kudelka, to name a few. She loves hip-hop dance and is very happy to be back teaching again.
